The hotel's location is amazing, right on the beach and within walking distance of everything South Beach has to offer. Most of the staff were extremely nice, but some were a bit rude. The rooms had some issues with water damage due to the AC not working properly, which was a disappointment.

I was absolutely blown away by the stunning views of the Atlantic from my room, making every morning and night an unforgettable experience. However, accessing my room was a bit inconvenient as it was tucked away in a corner that required going outside and around the back. The hotel promised housekeeping would clean the bathtub and change the sheets, but it seems they fell short on that.

The service was a mix of helpfulness and mishaps, including friendly staff working with limitations. The location is convenient, with easy access to the beach and public transportation, though some areas require renovation. Dining options varied from fresh and satisfying to overpriced and disappointing. The facilities had both positives and negatives, with some areas in need of maintenance but overall providing decent amenities for guests.
